Bryce is an Austin native with 7 years of real estate experience. Since 2023, he has focused on boutique student housing developments in Austin. Previously, he worked at The Amherst Group, where he led the land acquisitions team for its modular housing platform. Before Amherst, he was with American Campus Communities, underwriting student housing acquisitions and developments. He holds an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
Bryce lives in Austin with his wife, Marian.
