Chris Earthman
Managing Director | Co-Founder
Chris is a 7th-generation Texan with 20 years of experience in the private equity and family office industries. He spent 16 years at Austin Ventures and has been the COO of NXSTEP Capital Holdings for the past 14 years. He holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and a BSC in Economics from Santa Clara University. In addition to his professional work, Chris is the Executive Director of the Aragona Family Foundation and serves on the finance boards of St. Theresa Catholic Church and Mother’s Milk Bank of Austin.
Chris lives in Austin with his wife, Kathleen, and their five children.
