Molly Karol
Firm Controller
Molly is a licensed CPA with over 10 years of real estate accounting experience and currently serves as NXSTEP’s Firm Controller. Molly previously worked at CohnReznick LLP’s Austin office where she was involved in the firm’s affordable and commercial real estate audit practices. She is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Molly holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
