RW is a Central Texas native and a real estate investor and developer with just under twenty years of experience. He has led investment and development in over fifty real estate partnerships, including master-planned communities, neighborhood retail, self-storage, industrial, multifamily, manufactured home communities, urban and suburban office, and medical office. RW started his career developing rural subdivisions and building a specialty finance portfolio with in-house sales, servicing, and reporting.
