Sandy Fleschman

Sandy is a real estate veteran with a focus on self-storage and senior housing. He is a founding partner at North American Self Storage Group, which has developed a significant amount of Class A self-storage facilities, and has had successful exits to public and private REITs. Sandy also founded Star Senior Communities, a developer and operator of senior living communities, which was sold to one of the largest private equity firms in the world. He holds an MBA and BBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
